MTN Golden Lions make 6 changes to starting XV

Johan Ackermann, MTN Golden Lions coach, made 6 changes to his starting XV for the game against the Sharks on Friday afternoon in Durban. Two of these are positional changes

In the forwards pack, captain Derick Minnie will shift to 7 from 6 with Jaco Kriel Coming into the side at 6 from the bench. Chris van Zyl replaces Stephan Greeff at lock. Warwick Tecklenburg has been relegated to the bench where Robbie Coetzee also comes into the side.

In the backline there are 3 changes as well. Elton Jantjies will start at flyhalf with Marnitz Boshoff shifting to fullback. Chrysander Botha moves to the bench. Robert de Bruyn replaces Stokkies Hanekom at outside centre. Hanekom will be out for at least a month due to a shoulder injury.

Warwick Tecklenburg, 20. Tian Meyer, 21. Lionel Cronje, 22. Crysander Botha.
